Work as a Care Worker to provide personal care and support to service users within the community in their homes as a home carer.

You will be required to drive in between service users homes.

Carry out observation and keep record of service users daily activities .

Support and supervise service users with daily shores such as outing , shopping.

Must work in line with the policies and procedures of the healthcare provider

Work as in a team and communicate effectively among the team.

Meeting with clients to discuss their practical and emotional needs.

Designing care plans that best suit the clients' needs.

Providing emotional support by talking to clients about their needs and listening to their concerns.

Assisting with domestic tasks including shopping, cooking, cleaning, and washing.

Assists and enables service users to dress, undress, wash, use the toilet and bathe,
serves meals to service users at table or in bed, and assists with feeding if required. -
Generally assists with service users with overall comfort and well being; provide interest and activities to stimulate and engage the service user.

Help with daily activities such as letter writing, paying bills, collecting benefits

Undertake light cleaning and domestic duties including meal preparation as required.

Monitors service users conditions by taking temperature, pulse, respiration and weight, and contributes to record keeping;

Liaises with professional staff in carrying out care plans etc.​

Qualification/training
Care certificate training with the 15 standards, overseas relevant care training or a level 2 relevant in health and social care essential

Care manager to work in our domiciliary care agency .
Responsible in organising, directing and coordinating all resources necessary for JCM
care services to ensure its run smoothly.
You will be registered as the CQC registered manager for regulated activity .
Solely responsible in arranging payments for bills , keep accounts and make sure that staff adhere to health , safety and statutory requirements.
Dealing with other healthcare providers, plan work schedules, assign tasks and
delegate responsibilities to staff and determine staffing, financial, material and other short- and long-term requirements.

Maintains contact between service users and the local community and/or family and
friends.
Responsible in assessing service user needs and ensures they have access to health and social care services as required.
Must create and maintain a friendly, secure atmosphere to gain the trust and confidence of those using the service.
Manage, chase and maintain healthcare contracts with other NHS
and local authorities
Make sure that JCM care services maintains contact /rapport
with other care providers, carers, private service users & LA assigned service users , and their families
Deals with queries and complaints from clients and other care providers and
attempts to resolve problems that may arise.

Ensures that the physical comfort and all material needs of service users are provided and attempts to resolve problems that may arise.
Skill / Experience:
Experience:1-2 year work experience in working within healthcare sector in
supervisory/Management role or senior role
Ability to work closely with an established team to deliver bespoke, person-centred care packages within the community.
Able to lead by example and be involved in both office management and hands on care and support; as a team leader and oversee the delivery of a quality service.
Ability to deliver local authority care packages to the elderly and adults with learning disabilities effectively, with the aim to grow the business and securing new, private and government contracts.
You will be required to share the “on call” rota.
Demonstration of a proven background within a managerial capacity within a similar setting.
Ability to be driven, professional and be able to manage own time successfully within a fast-paced setting, to inspire and drive the team to deliver the highest level of care possible.
Full driving licence and access to personal car or company car is essential.
Qualification/training :
A professional social work qualification, A nursing diploma or degree in healthcare ,
Level 5 qualification in health and social care management desirable as this training done on job and a degree
in management studies desirable.
